These silhouettes were created by Karl and then the client used them for her Dad's birthday party. They were used on the invitation, cake, napkins and also framed and hung on the wall. What a great idea. Thanks for sending the pictures!

Silhouette Artist at North Carolina State Fair

Karl will be cutting silhouettes in The Village of Yesteryear at the North Carolina State Fair again this year from October 14-25th. This is Karl's 15th year as a member of the Village of Yesteryear which is a Heritage Arts & Crafts Village. The Village itself has been a part of the State Fair for over 50 years and we are proud to be members.

Silhouette Artist, Karl Johnson is currently booking dates at local Southern California children's stores and boutiques. He will come in and cut silhouette portraits in person by appointment. Silhouettes at Jennifer Lopez 40th Birthday Party

Karl was honored to be asked to create silhouettes for the guests at the Jennifer Lopez 40th birthday bash at the Edison Ballroom in NYC. The party was given by her husband Marc Anthony. Karl also created life size silhouettes of Jennifer which were featured on the front of the Ballroom. One of his silhouettes even made it onto the cake!
